Wyoming Boondocking - Day 15: Working on a clear way out...

 Not much to report for today, the high temperature according to my thermometer was 47°F (8.3°C) but the weather app said nearby Buffalo got as high as 55°F (12.7°C).

Regardless is was nice and sunny most of the day, turning partly cloudy in the afternoon.  Lots of snow is gone from the fields around me.

Spent most of the day "crafting" a way out for Uma, the URRV.  Basically, riding Fiona to carve initial channels in the snow where I thought the URRV wheels needed to go; then going back with shovel and mostly pushing with my boots, the snow from said channels.

Once clear, the sun did most of the work, melting away the churned up snow.

Conditions are wet mostly where the snow is gone, so I'm hoping the forecasted warm weather (50s-60s) will dry the ground up quickly.

Not much else to report, I did make a water run to the nearby Hunter Campground where there's a water spigot available for use.  Refilled the 7 gallon jug, then transferred it and the contents of the 5 gallon spare jug into the fresh water tank.  The tank had run dry just before the snow hit, so I'd not refilled it while it was too cold, so as to not risk damage to the pipes if/when they froze.

I'm happy to report my preparations prior to the sub-freezing temperature seem to have resulted in no plumbing issues.

The plan now, assuming warm weather conditions next couple of days, is to displace Sunday.
