2014 Patrol delayed

Just got word from Tammy of Unique Rides, they won't be shipping the rig till this coming Monday, 10MAR14.  As I feared, the east coast's winter weather is has screwed up logistics.  Sadness ensues.....

Look on the bright side, soon you won't need 3-wheels for your commute. Plus you can carry a ton of stuff in the PT Cruiser.

This isn't helping at all is it...

So basically RichardM, you like kicking people when they're down eh?

Dom:

I saw two PTs yesterday and one guy sort of looked like you. for some reason I am seeing a lot of them recently and all old guys driving them

won't be long now. It's nice to have something to look forward to . . .

Another wise guy....

Maybe it's delayed because they're fitting a non exploding engine??

Just pile on, why don't you?

You read Bobskoot's comment wrong. He wasn't being a wise guy but was saying that it won't be long now before he picks up a PT Cruiser and he's looking forward to being one of the "old guys".

Ouch! I hope the week passes quickly and there aren't any more delays.

Hmm... I wonder if it would be worth it to just fly out there and ride it home?

Well, I guess crossing my fingers didn't work.

I Should have crossed my eyes too.

Thanks BMW Hacker.

Lucky, the thought crossed my mind but there's this nasty thing called work obligations....besides, it's got to be put together by the dealer.

Bummer. I was so hoping for you. I am crossing my toes now as well, that there won't be further delay...

Thanks Trobairitz and SonjaM for your support....unlike the others who shall remain unnamed....

Having to wait is like a sun burn, we just have to endure it until it passes! Ah well, in a couple weeks, the delay will all be forgotten in the bliss of a love affair with the new rig will be in full bloom.

Picked a name yet? Very curious about your that!

Almost like an expectant father, huh? Remember, Sunday is back to Daylight Savings Time....so at least you are an hour closer than any other weekend! Gotta look on the bright side ya'know! GlennandSun
