Happy Thanksgiving Day

Hope you all in the USA had a great Thanksgiving Day....

Martha once again outdid herself in the cooking department, her dad visited us from Phoenix and Terry K. (Patrick's Godmother) and her friend Dona were our guests.

I believe no one was left hungry, though I did leave before the guests to go catch a mellow sunset:

Thanks SonjaM, hope you and Roland are doing well...still celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving?

Hi Dom, the first Sunday in October is called "Erntedankfest", and means thanks for a good harvest in Christian circles, but it's not an official holiday in Germany.

Interesting SonjaM, interesting fact....not surprising as cultures everywhere that farm must do something to mark the annual harvest....

After all that turkey and stuffing.... the rig struggles to carry that extra weight... guess I better hit the gym... for an hour or so... lol

Hope your Thanksgiving day was delicious.

Belated wishes to you and the family for Thanksgiving. We're past that here in Pennsylvania. We're celebrating Buck season now as a million hunters search for Bambi.

Lovely sunset pictures. But I think it's time to pursue some sunrise photos. You won't have those lovely mountains as a backdrop so you'll have to sharpen your photo eye to come up with something as strong. I always wonder if the sunrise will seem much different.

Thanks Steve.

Sunrise photos at the home location are tough for me...not the least hurdle being waking up early enough to catch the "good light" that precedes the actual sunrise. I guess it'd be easier if I lived on the western slope of Colorado.

I do get more photo opportunities when RV Glamping as you've seen.
