It was, admittedly, a very small herd. Four sidecar rigs and one M70 Solo, all made by Ural though and causing a stir wherever we rode by.
Here's a video showing today's riding, a mix of video sequences and still pictures for a change, let's see if you readers like this format or not.
Here's a video of footage shot by Martha, the red gloved rider, using my GoPro camera:
Here's a short video from Tim L, from his helmet-mounted GoPro:
And now, since folks seemed to like the then/now shots from a previous posting, here's one more pair:
In a compare/contrast of conditions on Pikes Peak, here's a shot of one of my usual picture spots at the end of January of this year:
It's been such a warm winter that this is how this same spot looked today, the last day of Winter:

Love the mixture of images and video! Makes the presentation a little more interactive I think! Also, looks like a lot of fun! What were the temps up top?
Thanks Motoventures...as to temperatures, forgot to look on my onboard thermometer but lets just say cold enough with the strong winds that everyone kept their helmet on for pictures for the most part! Thanks for the feedback re the format too....
For the amount of Urals gathered the term "small herd" will suffice ;-)
Dom, please more of the vid/still combination. Well done. And so good to see Martha around, too.
thanks SonjaM for your feedback, seems like the combo format works for folks so far.....
SonjaM and Motoventures, I added a gopro video footage video.....check it out, shot by my loving wife Martha.
Big difference in those winter shots. It has been a warmer winter for you, but how was the snowpack overall?
Ours was just wet and Crater Lake saw over 400 inches of snow this year.
Snow pack seems below normal Trobairitz.
