Sunsetwx called for good sunset conditions tonight, and they nailed it!
As a bonus, Shaun C showed up on his Triumph Thruxton motorcycle just prior to the sunset colors turning really gorgeous and we got pictures of our respective motorcycles together.
The setting sun didn't look to promising at first....
I love that you got both bikes out into the sunset, Dom. How did you manage? Did you walk or drive? Or is there a hitch on the Ural and you trailered the other bike?
Thanks Trobairitz, it took me a while to find the sunset watching spot I use. Sadly, I think I would prefer being closer to the foothills, it would save me the sometimes hour long ride just to cross the metro denver cager infestation.

I dig the two bikes in the sunset, Dom.
Huh, "two bikes in the sunset"... It sounds like a song title from a Pink Floyd album. :D
Glad you liked the photo Ry Austin.

SonjaM, the two-wheeler is a Triumph Thruxton owned by Shaun C. , he lives nearby and saw me taking pics as he drove home.
Great colors! I always like those times when the sun illuminates the bottom of the clouds. Doesn't happen often...
Thanks RichardM and yes, when the reds and oranges come out, its magical.
Gorgeous, as always. Such stunning sunsets out there.
We are too close to the foothills here that we don't see them.
